Robert Lee Davis, 84, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at his home in Nashua surrounded by family. He was born on Feb. 4, 1938, in Newberry, South Carolina, a son of the late Eugene Harris and Lorenia (Clark) Davis.

Robert worked as a sheet metal mechanic for 40-plus years. He loved spending time with this family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, watching sports (especially football), clam digging, oystering and music. Robert proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

In addition to his parents, Eugene and Lorenia, he was predeceased by his brothers, S.T. Davis, Henry Davis, William Smith Davis, YJ Davis, Willie James Davis and Leroy Davis.

Robert is survived by his former wife, Karen Davis; his daughter, Lorena Davis-Bennett and son-in-law, Conrado Bennett; his son, Issac Davis and daughter-in-law, Deborah Davis; his daughter, Melody Thompson; his grandchildren, Isaiah Davis, Quirina Bennett, Dhimani Bennett, Mehkadi Bennett, Saidie Torres, Alex Torres, Arianna Torres, Erika (Davis) Toruno, and Shaun Davis; special cousin Daphne Clark; his brother/friend, Paul Kinville; sister-in-laws Sarah Davis and Janice Kinville; his goddaughter, Christine Gil; nieces, nephews, cousins and great-grandchildren.

SERVICES: Visitation will be on Thursday, July 7, 2022, from 6-8 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home, One Lock St., Nashua. A Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Davis Funeral Home, One Lock St., Nashua, with Burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashua. Family and friends are invited to attend.
